LCF / Puma exhibition @ Carnaby Street

Wednesday night saw the launch party for the London College of Fashion / Puma exhibition on Broadwick Street. The exhibition features winners of the competition which challenged students to create a garment focusing on the relationship between music and fashion in a sportsweary package.

There were live DJ sets from Frankmusik and Goldirocks in what was literally – we’re talking sauna temperatures here – the hottest place in London on a Wednesday eve. Pop down to Carnaby St until 30th August to have a look at the winning designs.

Finally, we can have a coffee in Central Perk!

If you pop down to Broadwick Street in good old London town, from 24th September – 7th October, you can visit the pop-up version of the Friends favourite place to hang out – Central Perk, which will be there to honour and celebrate the 15th anniversary of the brilliant TV show. Hopefully this will be a complete replica of the world’s most famous coffee shop, complete with Gunther serving coffee’s and everything, not just a coffee cart with a Central Perk sign stuck on it.
